About Amy

Amy Roter is a coach, speaker and advocate for parents with overwhelmed and spirited children.  Amy has a Masters in Counseling and Teaching, 15 years of experience working with parents and their children ranging from newborns to emerging adults, and is a mother of two spirited children as well.  

Keynote and Workshop Presentor

Amy is a keynote speaker for corporations, showing them how their working moms are their assets and should be used as such.  This speech reframes the conversation from the current “what moms should get” in the workplace discussion, to the “what you can get from working moms” in the workplace discussion.
